PSA Disclaimer
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) issues official certificates. DocuEase is a local service by the Padre Garcia Civil Registrar's Office for convenient local requests. PSA procedures apply for national certifications.
How to Request

- Receive notification when processed
- Claim at the Civil Registrar's Office
Processing Time
Most requests are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive email notifications at each step. Visit the office during business hours to claim your completed documents.
